The trial court dismissed a legal malpractice claim against our client. We successfully argued the malpractice claim was filed too late. The Court of Appeals affirmed. Huff v Roach, 125 Wn. App. 724, 106 P.3d 268 (2005).

Our client, a divorce attorney, was accused of malpractice when the proper terms of the settlement he reached were not set forth by the judge in the final decree. Ultimately, the Court of Appeals dismissed all claims against him.
