Michael S. Rogers



Mr. Rogers represents insurance companies in coverage litigation, including commercial general liability, first-party property, and automobile coverage areas. Mr. Rogers also defends “bad faith” claims brought by policyholders relating to claims handling and defense obligations.

Mr. Rogers was born in Seattle, Washington. He is admitted to practice in the State of Washington, the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
