Background:
Mr. Howard was born and raised in the Chicago area. He is licensed to practice in Washington State and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. Prior to joining Reed McClure in the spring of 2006, Mr. Howard worked for over four years as an insurance defense attorney in the Seattle area, handling litigation matters including construction defect, motor vehicle accidents and premises liablity.

His current practice focuses on complex litigation matters with an emphasis on construction litigation and insurance defense work. Mr. Howard's litigation experience includes defending developers, general contractors, subcontractors, security companies, and various other corporate entities.
